Training Services
CANCELLATION POLICY
PRE-Registration is required for all TTouch classes, workshops, and series, along with your payment to reserve your place in the class. (Please note any instructions for each training on our website.)

For cancellations made prior to a week in advance of a class or training, a refund will be given minus an administration fee. The administration fee will be noted on the registration form for the particular event. No refunds are possible for cancellations one (1) week or less prior to the start of the training, workshop or class. Class fees are non-transferable to other parties although the money may be applied to another upcoming event or a private session.

No refunds will be given once class begins. To register for classes or workshops, visit our website: www.mitails.com.

REGISTRATION
To enroll, return the completed "PROFILE" and "ENROLLMENT" forms. Pre-payment is required for all classes, workshops and other activities.

PAYMENT
Pre-registration and payment must be received at least one week prior to when classes and/or workshops begin. Payment must be in full with checks made payable to: Mindful Tails, Inc., or you can pay online by credit card securely through Google: http://mitails.com/id18.html

Payment for private sessions and phone consultations is discussed at the time of the interview.

PRODUCT REFUND POLICY:
All products must be returned in good condition and in original packaging within 15 days of receipt for refund and are subject to restocking fees. If you have questions, contact us at mitails@mindfultails.com.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Products ordered from Mindful Tails will be processed within 72 hours of receipt if received by 3PM and shipped either through USPS, FedEx, or UPS, at our discretion. Shipping rates are listed on our website and are subject to change. If an item is out-of-stock, we will notify you within 48 hours for further instructions.
